If you need a guideline that how to start your morning and start a great routine and want to know some steps about that. So you are at the best site When most people think of the word happy, they think about a relaxing night. For me it is quite different. So let us get started with this exercise.
1) Start an alarm. Now the alarm clock will start at 8 o’clock that’s when it will go off. Next thing you know you will wake up at 7 am. So the best idea for any workout is to set to a time which suits your schedule. The one you like to listen to will be the right one to create a good effect on you.
2) Put up your clothes and make sure you keep them nice and tidy. Then go outside so you can enjoy the sun. As soon as you are out there start enjoying yourself by turning around once in five minutes. You want to go outdoors because it works good for burning those calories and also helps your body get ready for your day. Just go back inside as soon as you come out. As;

3) If you have kids or pets, then take care of them. They need your company and support in school. It doesn’t matter if you are running for a personal goal or something else. Try to let them go to school and come back later to complete something. This way they don’t feel left out. This way they won’t grow bored of you either.
4) After you finish your morning routine go outside and walk along the streets. Take in all the sights of each building or walkway. If you have to visit a famous place then try to watch how people live there. Once you are there give a look of what is going on. Don’t spend much time just looking at your destination and you’ll never regret it. Go ahead and laugh at each other. Enjoy life.
5) Do something fun at home. Spend time with your family. Create memories of the times you spent together. Remember all the things that happened at each birthday get together. Make your own decorations out of anything you like and set up some playroom for your little ones.
6) Get ready. Look presentable. If you don’t want to leave your house then put it down. And then if you are not able to go out then put it away then get dressed and go. But be careful. There shouldn’t be any unnecessary expenses in your wardrobe. Don’t buy new expensive brands and stick to the same. Be your own person. Look like you would like to go somewhere else.
7) Make your breakfast the early bird gets the bacon, sausage rolls and muesli. Cook the breakfast and then go away and relax with the tea. Give yourself enough time to drink. Have juice, orange, water. Drink your milk before lunchtime to make it go further into your body. Have lemonade with milk and some honey, lemon, cucumber juice and some ice cold water. That’s enough for you to have lunch in less time. A mix between milk is a great recipe.
8) Workout during the daytime. It is not always possible to go to the gym because of social distancing. Also you need to be cautious of where you go and how far you go. Don’t go far than necessary and don’t wear baggy clothes. Don’t just go outside because this might lead to bad effects such as falling down and breaking your bones. Wear comfortable clothing.
9) Do something creative. Paint a picture. Do something that gives you pride. What does your favourite person use to do. Who is he? You can always find someone to share your feelings through writing a letter to him. Send a text message to say hello to. Write a note. Watch a funny movie or Read some interesting books. You got to have some sort of enjoyment while doing nothing.
10) Love and care for your children and family. Children are precious and you want to live long enough to see many of them again. Protect them from negative thoughts and encourage them to be positive, happy people. Make a list of different ideas for making your child feel happy and proud. Help your children create their own adventures but you also encourage your child to make his own list of plans for being successful. As its truly said that

11) Learn how to talk and interact with people. Even though things work differently when communicating face to face, it still counts. Interaction is important and if you are shy or unable to communicate with people properly, everyone has a chance to make you feel uncomfortable. Speak to anyone and be friendly but don’t overdo it. Treat people with respect and be ready to respond to a conversation that you are having.
12) Eat healthy food and don’t cheat by eating junk. Eat small portions. Don’t eat fast foods. Avoid drinking sodas and don’t go for desserts. It is important to go to the supermarket and find healthy options for food instead of buying something sugary just for fun and pleasure. Keep your diet balanced. Always stay hydrated.
13) Improve the happiness of those around you. Don’t ignore people who are unhappy as well. Everyone will benefit from talking to people who feel the same way. Show your appreciation in real life to the people around you. Smile! Say hi! Be there for those who are struggling and help them feel good. You got to know at least one person who is depressed in your community. Someone who feels the same way you do.
14) Encourage others to do the same. Motivate yourself to go for a run or exercise. Do your best to make others happy. Celebrate every achievement that is made by others. Spread kindness, be polite, speak to others politely and avoid rude treatment.
15) If the weather is nice and comfortable then go out to the park. Walking can be dangerous with the heat but it’s worth it. Don’t go out in the rain or snow so don’t be afraid of falling and get stuck. No worries and don’t be scared of staying indoors if you are not feeling well just because then no one will want you.
16) Spend time with your pet and make up new names for them. Names can change their behaviour and help them cope better with daily issues such as loneliness. When things are okay with your furry friend, have them in the back yard to play around.
17) Don’t complain about people who treat you badly. You shouldn’t be bothered about their habits and be proud of yourself. You don’t need to feel special or superior. Being selfish is not right in a relationship.
